Unlimitime provides an independent certification standard for luxury watches, including:

• Certification: evaluation of watches across 99 criteria, resulting in a scored certification at one of three levels (L7 Essential, L8 Vault, L9 Ultra).
• The Vault: a sovereign registry that records and preserves certification data.
• Forward SaaS: a certification integration programme for watchmakers and brands.
• Institutional services: tailored certification and valuation solutions for insurers, banks, and auction houses.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use our services. By submitting a certification request, you represent that you are the rightful owner or authorised representative of the watch submitted.

4. Certification Process

Certification results are based on our proprietary evaluation methodology. Results reflect our independent assessment and do not constitute a guarantee of market value, authenticity beyond the scope of our criteria, or investment performance. Unlimitime reserves the right to decline a certification request at its sole discretion.

5. Pricing & Payment

Certification fees are displayed on our website and confirmed before processing. All fees are in US dollars (USD) and are non-refundable once the certification process has begun, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, logos, the Unlimitime Standard methodology, scoring systems, and The Vault architecture — is the exclusive property of Unlimitime. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Registry & Data Immutability

Certification records entered into The Vault are designed to be permanent and immutable. By requesting a certification, you acknowledge that the resulting record (certification level, score, and associated metadata) will be stored indefinitely in the registry and may be publicly verifiable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unlimitime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific certification at issue.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
